Promotions and
referral terms
1. What this covers
These terms apply to every Kitcha promotion, discount code, credit, referral reward or trial, unless the specific promotion says otherwise in writing. Where they conflict, the specific promotion wins.
2. Who can take part
You must be 18 or over, resident in an area Kitcha serves, and holding a valid Kitcha account. Kitcha staff and their immediate households are excluded from referral rewards.
3. One per household
Introductory offers are limited to one per household. We treat an address, a payment method or a device as evidence of the same household.
4. Referrals
A referral reward is earned when the person you referred places and pays for their first order and it is delivered. Rewards are credited to your Kitcha Wallet.
You may not advertise a referral code through paid search, spam, coupon aggregators, or by implying you represent Kitcha. Codes used that way are void.
5. Credits are not cash
Promotional credit is redeemable against Kitcha orders only. It is not exchangeable for cash, not transferable, and it does not survive account closure.
6. Expiry
Unless stated otherwise, promotional credit expires 90 days after it is issued. We will show the expiry date when we issue it.
7. Withdrawal and misuse
We may withdraw or vary a promotion at any time, and we may cancel credit obtained by fraud, error or abuse. We will tell you why.
8. Data
Taking part means we process your data as described in the privacy policy. It does not sign you up to marketing unless you separately agreed to that.
9. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nothing here affects your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
