How it works

You decide once.
We handle the rest.

The whole thing, start to finish. It takes a few minutes, and you can do it any day that suits you.

01

Tell us about yourself and your household

Who's eating, what they can't have, and where each meal should land.

Your lunch to your desk, the children's own to their school, dinner at home. Each person keeps their own profile, so an allergy or a diabetic plan follows them to every meal without you repeating yourself.

02

Set your number

A day, a week or a month, whatever you want to spend. This is where Kitcha is different: the plan is built to fit your money, not the other way round. Every meal shows its price before you confirm anything.

03

Choose how it gets planned

There are three ways, and you can use any of them.

  • You plan it yourself. Pick every meal, every day, exactly how you want it.
  • Our nutritionists plan it. Tell them your goals, your health needs, what you're avoiding. They build the week for you.
  • Our AI plans it. Give it your budget and your household. It builds a full week in seconds, no back and forth.

Whichever way you choose, you can still change any meal, skip any day, or start over completely. A day left empty costs nothing.

04

We cook it fresh, every day

Every meal is cooked in our production factory on the day it's for. Nothing is cooked ahead and warmed up later.

Soups also come by the litre, sealed and chilled, if you'd rather make your own swallow, eba, poundo, amala, whatever your house likes.

05

It arrives on the day and time you picked

You pick the day and the time. We run our own production factory and our own vehicles, and our delivery team works for us full time, not for whoever is paying that hour. So when we say Thursday 9am, we mean Thursday 9am. You can also watch it come on a live map, so you know exactly when to open the door instead of waiting on it.

Nobody eats from your order on the way. Nobody makes a stop at someone else's house while yours is sitting in the bag getting cold. If anything happens to your food, we replace it immediately. No argument, no waiting for someone to check.

Our delivery team is trained for six weeks before they ever carry anyone's food. They will not ask you for money. They will not raise their voice at you. If anyone on our delivery team is ever rude or careless, tell us and we act immediately, the same day.

If traffic or bad weather holds us up, we tell you before you have to ask, and we make it right.

06

Change your mind, any time

Life moves. Swap tomorrow's egusi for ogbono, add a guest, or clear a day completely, all free, any time before 9pm the day before. After that the kitchen has already started cooking for that day, so it's locked in.

Load it once. Forget it for weeks.

Most people don't want to think about food every single day. So most people don't order meal by meal. They put money in their Kitcha wallet, set their plan, and let it run.

Top up the walletLoad a month at once. Every meal comes out of it automatically, no card, no repeat typing.
Buy soup and food in bulkA big pot of soup or a full spread, delivered once, lasting the household days.
Set a standing planPick your days and your meals once. It repeats every week until you change it.

What happens if something goes wrong

We wrote it down so you never have to ask.
We're more than 30 minutes lateYou get half that meal's money back, straight to your wallet. We do it ourselves. You don't have to complain first.
The food is wrong, or just not good enoughWe replace it or give your money back. You choose which.
We miss a meal on your planYou get that meal's money back, and we add an extra day to your plan for free.
Your money isn't with us, it's in a real bank account. The Kitcha wallet runs on Embedly, a Sterling Bank service licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria. Whatever's left in your wallet, you can take back out any time.

Feeding, Handled.

Say it once. Eat all week.
