Sell to Kitcha.
We buy our own ingredients rather than take whatever a marketplace sends. That means we need suppliers we can rely on week after week.
What we buy
Fresh produce
Vegetables, leaves, peppers, tomatoes, onions. Consistent grade and consistent volume matter more to us than the lowest price.
Protein
Beef, goat, chicken, fish and seafood, with traceable handling and a cold chain we can verify.
Staples and dry goods
Rice, yam, garri, beans, egusi, ogbono, crayfish, palm oil, seasoning and spices.
Packaging
Food-safe containers, insulated boxes, sealing and labelling.
Logistics
Cold chain transport, and refrigeration and kitchen equipment servicing.
Services
Laboratory testing, pest control, waste handling and equipment maintenance.
What we will ask you for
- Traceability. Where it came from and when it was harvested, slaughtered or produced.
- Consistency. The same grade every week, not a good first delivery and a poor third.
- Cold chain evidence for anything chilled or frozen.
- Capacity honesty. Tell us what you can actually supply. We would rather have a smaller reliable volume than a large unreliable one.
- Registration and documentation appropriate to what you supply, including NAFDAC where it applies.
How we work
We plan our production before we buy, so we can tell you what we need in advance rather than calling you in a panic on a Tuesday. That should make you a better business too.
