These terms govern your use of kitcha.ng. Buying meals is governed separately by our customer terms of service.
2. Using the site
You may browse, submit an enquiry and start a plan. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully.
3. Accuracy
Kitcha has not begun commercial operations. Service descriptions on this site describe how the service is intended to work at launch and may change. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance until we confirm an order.
4. Intellectual property
The Kitcha name, the K-Loop mark, page designs, photography and text belong to Kitcha Limited. You may not reuse them without written permission.
5. Links
We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.
6. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the extent permitted by Nigerian law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
