Delivery policy
1. Windows
You choose a window per meal. We deliver inside it. Windows are shown before you confirm.
2. Where we deliver
Lagos, opening cluster by cluster from November 2026. A plan can send different meals to different places on the same day, such as your office and a child's school.
3. If nobody is available
Our delivery team waits and attempts contact. Where you have authorised a reception desk, gate or neighbour, we may leave it there. If we cannot deliver safely, the meal is treated as missed and credited under the service guarantee.
4. Access and safety
We may decline a delivery where our delivery team's safety is at risk. We will contact you and credit the meal.
5. Things outside our control
Flooding, civil disruption, road closures and similar events may prevent delivery. We credit the meal. We do not use these as a reason to avoid the service guarantee where the cause was ours.
