1. What you can ask for

- Deletion, where the law allows
- Restriction of processing
- Your data in a portable format
- To object to processing
- To withdraw consent at any time
2. How to ask
Use the form below, or write to admin@kitcha.ng directly with the same details. Either way, we may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your data to somebody else.
3. How long we take
Within 30 days. If a request is complex we will tell you and explain why.
4. Cost
Free. We may charge a reasonable fee only where a request is repetitive or excessive.
5. If you are not satisfied
You can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.
