Our food

Real Nigerian
food, cooked
the day it’s for.

A full plate, a pot of soup by the litre, trays for a crowd, bread, drinks, and specials you pre-order. Whatever shape your week needs.

Build my plan

The plates,
and what they cost.

Every meal is nutritionist-reviewed and made with whole, natural ingredients. No artificial additives.

These are starting prices. Portion size, protein and the extras you add change the final number, and you always see it before you confirm anything.

If somebody in your house cannot eat something, tell us once. You should not have to ring anybody and hope the person answering knows what is in the pot. Every dish here shows its full ingredient list before you pick it, and if it has peanuts, shellfish, milk, gluten or anything else in it, you read that first, not after your money has left your account.

Once you have told us, that person's food is built without it, prepared on its own boards and in its own containers, and the label on the container says plainly what was left out. Nobody in your house has to check behind us at the door.

Soup by the litre.

We do the four hours. You do the rice, the eba, the poundo, whatever your house likes. Arrives chilled and sealed, with reheating instructions. Add protein by the dozen if you want it in the pot.

The protein in your pot

You choose it.
We do the dirty work.

Anybody who has cleaned a bucket of snails, or picked through catfish, or scrubbed cow skin, knows that is the part nobody wants to do. That is the part we do.

It arrives already cleaned, cut to size and seasoned. Fresh, not sitting in somebody's freezer since last month. You tell us what you want in your soup and how much, and it comes by the dozen so you are never guessing whether it is enough.

Ten pieces fills a two litre pot nicely. After that, count in twelves.

We price it per dozen and tell you the price before you confirm. It moves with the market, so we would rather show you the real number than a pretty one.

Trays for a crowd.

A birthday, a naming, a Saturday with too many people in the house. One tray feeds about ten, so you count heads and multiply.

Pre-order · limited quantities

Pre-order specials.

These are batch-cooked in small quantities, so they are not on the everyday list. You tell us the day, we cook them for that day.

Nkwobi

Cow foot cooked slow in spicy palm oil sauce, with utazi and ground crayfish. Comes with the palm wine, because it would be wrong otherwise.

From ₦4,500 Contains nuts

Isi Ewu

Goat head, done the long way, the way it is supposed to be done. The one people order for a Saturday.

From ₦5,500 High protein

Edikang Ikong

Pumpkin leaf and waterleaf, heavy on the vegetables the way it should be, with pounded yam.

From ₦3,800 Iron rich

Afang

Afang and waterleaf cooked all the way down, not rushed, with semolina on the side.

From ₦3,500 High fibre

Order these before 9pm the day before and they are cooked in that morning's batch. Once the batch is gone, it is gone until the next one.

Nobody is in
the same place at 1pm.

You are at work. The children are at school. Somebody is at home. Somebody is on site. One plan covers all of it, and each meal goes where that person actually is.

Your desk

Lunch arrives at the office in the window you picked, not whenever somebody remembers.

Home

Dinner lands before everyone gets in, so nobody is opening the pot at 10pm.

School

Their own meal, their own portion size, their own allergies, delivered to the school.

Wherever you are that day

On site, at a relative's place, in a hotel for work. Change the address for one day without touching the rest of the plan.

Same plan. Same bill. Different doors.

Things you no longer
have to wonder about.

There is enough to carry in a week. Where your food came from should not be one of them.

Where did this meat come from?
From suppliers we approved ourselves, and we can tell you which one, for which batch, on which day. Nothing arrives here from a stranger.
Is any of this off?
Everything is checked in when it arrives and checked again before it is cooked. If it does not pass, it never reaches a pot. You are not the quality check.
Who actually cooked it?
Our own cooks, in our own production factory, on the day the food is for. Not a stranger's kitchen we have never seen.
Has it been sitting out?
Soup is chilled straight after cooking and stays chilled all the way to you, in insulated boxes. Nothing rides around warm in a bag.
Will they remember my allergy?
You set it once, per person. Meals for that person are prepared with separate boards, utensils and containers, and the label says what was left out.
What is really in it?
The full ingredient list is there before you choose, not after. Whole ingredients, no artificial additives, every recipe reviewed by a nutritionist first.

Our production is built around HACCP principles, and there is one thing we will not pretend about: we cook many dishes in one building, so no kitchen anywhere can promise zero trace of an allergen. We wrote down exactly what we can and cannot promise.

Every plate, counted

You cannot decide
on what you cannot see.

Calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat, fibre and sodium are worked out for every single dish before it goes on the list. Not for the menu in general. For that plate, at that portion size.

So when you are watching your sodium because of your blood pressure, or counting protein because you train, or keeping carbs down because of your sugar, you are not guessing. You pick the combination that fits, and the app adds up the week as you actually ate it, not as you planned to.

These are close estimates calculated from our recipes and standard ingredient values, not laboratory analysis. Natural ingredients vary between batches and seasons, and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.

If you are eating
for a reason.

Losing weight, managing something a doctor named, building muscle, or just trying to eat like an adult. The food bends to that, and you do not have to explain yourself twice.

Weight loss

Calorie-controlled and high protein, so you are not hungry an hour later.

Diabetic

Controlled carbs and low glycaemic swallow. Yam amala and plantain amala instead of the usual.

Hypertension

Low sodium, cooked so it still tastes of something. Renal-friendly plans too.

High protein & fitness

Lean muscle and training plans, with the protein actually counted.

Low carb & keto

Nigerian food that fits it, without living on eggs and boredom.

Vegetarian & plant-based

Built around vegetables properly, not a meat dish with the meat removed.

After a baby

Pepper soup, green soups, the food that is actually meant for those weeks.

Something else

Tell our nutritionists what you are managing. If we can build it safely, we will. If we cannot, we will say so.

You handle your life.
We will handle the feeding.

Work, traffic, school runs, family, the twenty other things nobody sees. Food should not be another thing on that list. Set it once and stop thinking about it.

Feeding, Handled.

Pick what you want, how you want it, and how often.
