Terms and conditions
1. Kitcha has two sets of terms, not one
A single terms and conditions document has to govern two completely different situations: reading a website, and buying food that someone will eat. Those carry different risks, so we separated them. This page tells you which one applies to you.
2. If you are browsing this website
Website terms of use
Covers using kitcha.ng, our intellectual property, accuracy of what is published here, and liability for the site itself.
3. If you are ordering food or running a plan
Customer terms of service
Covers plans, the 9pm change cutoff, prices and payment, the Kitcha Wallet, delivery, allergies and dietary requirements, nutrition figures, food safety and cancellation.
4. If you are an organisation
Offices, schools, hospitals, estates and events are covered by a separate written agreement rather than these pages. Talk to us at admin@kitcha.ng.
5. The other documents that sit alongside them
- Privacy policy, what we do with your data
- Cookie policy, what runs in your browser, and your choice
- Refunds and service guarantee, what happens when we get it wrong
- Delivery policy, windows, access and missed deliveries
- Promotions and referral terms
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Food safety and allergens
- Your data rights
6. Which one wins if they disagree
For anything about an order, the customer terms of service. For anything about the website itself, the website terms of use. For an organisation, the signed agreement.
7. Governing law
All of them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
